RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Please note: all items are inspected by our staff upon arrival. We try our best to accept all items returned to us, however, please observe our conditions below.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS: 

1. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns sent back outside this period will not be accepted. 
2. All original tags must remain attached to the item(s) 
3. Item(s) must be unworn, and returned in original condition 

OUR POLICY: 

1. Returns can only be processed for orders made through our online store. Orders placed with one of our stockists must be returned via the stockist. 
2. Although we try our absolute best to process your return as soon as possible, this can take up to 7 business days. 
3. Sale items marked as ‘FINAL SALE’ or items located on the 'CLEARANCE' section of our website are final and cannot be returned, other than in the event of them being faulty. 
4. Due to hygiene reasons, all SWIM BRIEFS are ineligible for a return of any kind, other than in the event of being faulty.   
5. Postage & handling fees of a return are incurred by the customer, not MUSA Swimwear. 
6. If you add any 'FREE' items to your cart at checkout and decide to return the products you purchased, you must also include the 'FREE' items in your return to be eligible for a refund.                           

In the unlikely event that an item is defective on arrival, please contact musa.swimwearlabel@gmail.com stating your order number in the subject line. Please include a picture of the fault. We will happily organise a replacement once we have inspected the item.  

For any self inflicted damages to the product after purchase, MUSA Swimwear will not be held liable. Therefore no replacement will be given.
