Terminology 

In these terms and conditions, the expressions "we", "us" and "our" are a reference to MUSA Swimwear ®. Ltd. (ABN: 91409129856) the owner of the website. 

Privacy Policy 

By placing an order with MUSA Swimwear™, you agree to the terms and conditions and our privacy policy. Please see our full Privacy Policy by clicking Privacy Policy at the bottom of this page.

Taxes, Fees and Duties 

When, or after delivery is made, there may be fees, duties, import/export and excise taxes, as well as other fees or assessments which may be assessed or levied by any national, State, or local government and any of their departments and subdivisions in relation to the ordered products. These charges are not included in the original shipping charge, and must be paid by you in addition to the amounts stated on our website. You will not be entitled to payment or reimbursement by MUSA Swimwear™ for those charges. 

If you fail to pay the required fees, duties, taxes or assessments and the items are returned to us, we will provide you with a refund for the returned products minus the return delivery costs. This will take place once the return arrives back at our head office. 

If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be affected, please contact your local customs office. 

Ordering Procedure 

You may offer to purchase products described on this website for the specified price on this website.  

Your order must contain some of your personal information such as: your name, email address, billing address, postal address, credit card details and any other ordering information specified on this website.  

When you place an order to purchase a product from MUSA Swimwear™, an email will be sent to you confirming receipt and details of your selected order.  

The acceptance of this offer to purchase will be at the time we dispatch that product to you and a confirming email in this regard is sent. Customers will receive an email confirmation and tracking number on dispatch of the item(s).  

If payments are not successfully received by MUSA Swimwear™ or stock is not available, MUSA Swimwear™ has the rights to cancel the order, in this event customers are notified immediately.  

We are at no time liable for lost or un-received items when a tracking number has been provided, stating that the order has been delivered. 

If you have lost or misplaced your tracking number we will happily forward it to you along with your order confirmation.  

Payments 

MUSA Swimwear™ only accepts payments by means of the credit card types as shown, as well as Afterpay and Paypal. We are unable to process any other payment forms at this time.  

Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been successfully received.  

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. For foreign customers please refer to our website currency converter for up-to-date exchange rates.

Shipping 

Orders will be processed for shipment within 24 hours of receipt Monday to Friday. Items will not be shipped on weekends or public holidays, but will be processed and ready for next business day.  

Orders will be shipped via Australia Post within Australia, and DHL internationally. 

Australia: 

MUSA Swimwear™ now offers Free Express Shipping on all orders within Australia (1-2 days) over $130. Please check the Australia Post website to see if you are in the area for guaranteed next day delivery.  

International:  

We send our international parcels using DHL Express (2-4 Days) & DHL Economy (10-20 Days). We offer Free Standard Shipping on all international orders over $130.

MUSA Swimwear™ is also a (™) trademarked logo. Your use of this website does not grant you any rights to use our trademarks. 

Amendments to Terms and Conditions 

MUSA Swimwear™ reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any given time. 

Promotional Codes 

Promotional codes must be used at time of purchase. Promotional codes cannot be used with a past order. Promotional codes can only be used within the specified time frame and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. There is a limit of one (1) promotional code at the time of checking out.  

Colour Matching 

We do our absolute best to colour-match our garment photography to how our items look in real life. However, colours do tend to appear differently on different monitors, and we can’t guarantee a 100% match in colour. 

Stains 

MUSA Swimwear™ is not liable for any self inflicted stains or damage to garment/s from the use and application of tanning oils or sunscreen that contain Carroten Oil.
